We maintain a straightforward policy for returns and exchanges at Usmania's Fashion:

1. Defective items purchased online can be returned, provided they are in the same condition, i.e., new and unstitched.

2. Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

3. To initiate a return, customers must provide the online order ID and describe the nature of the defect.

4. We aim to resolve the matter promptly by replacing missing or defective items, facilitating an exchange, or issuing a full refund.

5. Customers are responsible for any mailing or shipping charges associated with the return of defective items.

6. Please note that we will only process returns or exchanges for defective suits and not for other reasons.
